The Margot Friedländer Prize honours young people and initiatives in Germany that actively engage with Holocaust remembrance, democracy and human rights.
Named after Holocaust survivor Margot Friedländer, the prize encourages projects that stand against antisemitism, racism and exclusion. It carries forward her message of humanity, dialogue and responsibility: “Be human.”
We had the privilege of adding this tiny detail to a project carrying forward an extraordinary legacy of humanity, courage and freedom.
